1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lamarin AI (the "Service"), operated by Nalara ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Lamarin AI is an AI-powered job application assistant that generates tailored cover letters, resume content, ATS keyword analysis, and match scores based on information you provide. The Service is available in two tiers:
- Free Plan: 2 AI-generated applications per day using local AI models.
- Pro Plan: Unlimited generations using advanced AI models, PDF downloads, and email delivery of results.
3. User Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide a valid email address and verify it before accessing the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent application materials.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its AI systems.
- Use automated tools to access the Service without our written permission.
- Share account access with others.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All content generated by Lamarin AI is produced by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational and assistive purposes only. We do not guarantee that any generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular job application. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated outputs before use. Lamarin AI makes no warranty that use of the Service will result in interviews, job offers, or any employment outcome.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Pro Plan subscriptions are billed at $12 per month. Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, VAT, and tax compliance globally. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from within the dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge for review.
8. Email & Data Usage
We collect your email address to create your account, send verification emails, and deliver AI-generated results (Pro feature). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Resume content and job descriptions you submit are used solely to generate your requested outputs and are not stored beyond the scope of your session. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any resume content and personal information you submit. AI-generated outputs are provided to you for your personal use. The Lamarin AI platform, branding, and underlying software are the intellectual property of Nalara and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nalara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, reliance on AI-generated content, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
